How to View or Check SSS Contributions Online

Social Security System (SSS) members and pensioners can now view their SSS contributions online without hassle.

You can check your monthly premiums and loan balances anytime you want. You can also check your SSS Static Info and Employment History or download and print them out if you want to.

Checking SSS contributions can help every SSS member be updated of their total contributions from the past until the present.

But first, you need to have a My.SSS account before you can gain access to your SSS contributions online. If you don’t have it yet, check this step-by-step guide on SSS online registration. Once you’ve successfully registered for an online SSS account, you can proceed with these steps to view your contributions.

1. Go to SSS Website. To use the website properly, download and install Internet Explorer (IE) 11. If you’re using another browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari, a message prompt appears on the screen when you get to the homepage.

2. Log in your SSS account – use the username and password sent by SSS to your email address. Please keep your username and password so that you can access your account anytime or in the future. Make sure you do it under Member Login instead of Employer Login.

If you forgot your user ID or password, click on “Forgot User ID or Password?” under the Submit button. You’ll see a page where you’ll have to enter your user ID (if you forgot only your password) or your email address (if you forgot both your user ID and password.) Click Submit and check your email for instructions from SSS about the retrieval or reset of your My.SSS account login details.

Once you are logged in, you’ll see the Welcome Message like that below.

3. Select E-Services, then choose Inquiry from the drop-down list.

You’ll be taken to your SSS Employee Static Information.

4. Then, from the Member Info drop-down list, select Actual Premiums.

You will be able to view and check your SSS monthly contributions from the start up to the present time.

You’ll also see which months have no posted contribution. This may mean you’re unemployed during those months. Or your employer has not remitted your contributions yet.

Scroll down to view your total number of SSS contributions posted and your total amount of contributions paid.

When you see any inconsistencies or discrepancies in your SSS contributions online, ask your HR department about it (if you’re employed) or make the needed corrections (if you’re self-employed.) That way, you won’t encounter problems when you apply for an SSS loan or benefit claim.

A few reminders:

When you’re done checking your SSS contributions online, make sure to log out properly before you close your browser. Better if you clear your browser history to protect your My.SSS account from online fraud, especially when you use a computer in an internet cafe or a Wi-Fi network in public places such as cafe, hotel, or airport.
